Ok, so
you've finished your selection of photographs or digital images
that you wish printed by professional printer's or by ink jet
printers once you've purchased the desired images, what should
you do?
If you
have a ink jet printer that will print off a suitable image with
a resolution of 2400 X 2400 dpi and a image that is not degraded
due to the lack of quality of printer being used, you may print
as many copies of any photograph or image provided on the CD ROM
provided. When we have a chance to make a bid on the photographs
that you wished printed, you will be able to see that Warden Photo
provides compatible prices with the quality you expect and deserve.
If you would rather have the photographs preprinted else where
or by Warden Photo to save you the trouble of ordering individual
prints or if the copy of the CD ROM is sufficient and preferred.
All charges are related to the different packages or package that
you wish figured up.
If you
desire professional printing, make a list of the file name and
number with a short description of what the photograph or image
was about and either email or phone in a order and be prepared
to wait up to a couple of weeks to get them back depending on
the size of the order.
Kinko's™
or Wal Mart™ both produce acceptable prints from digital
images, however when using a private printer such as these mentioned
above, Warden Photo isn't liable for the discrepancy of color
reproduction of any other printing establishment.

avoid having to crop the image.

Sport and
Special Event Photographs
Every order for photographs
from a sporting event or special event shall be placed with
the knowledge that the order will be delivered once there are
enough orders to make sending a order in worth while, unless
ordered on line directly. Orders that contain less than 20 prints
will incur a charge of $2.50 per order should there be a rush
placed on the order, plus actual shipping charges to ensure
direct delivery via the US Mail. All State and local sales taxes
and shipping charges will be added to every order placed.
Should you rather have a compete
CD of a sporting or school event with the images of your choice
to be printed elsewhere, the CD will be $295.00 plus sales tax
for the complete collection of the event requested. Should an
additional CD be required to fit all the images, each additional
CD will be $20.00. A DVD full of images will be a total up to
$495.00 (due to the number of images that a DVD is capable of
holding). All images released on CD or DVD will still be under
the copyright of Warden Photo and may not be duplicated but
may be printed for personal use. When you purchase a
CD of images you will receive a letter of permission to reprint
for personal use only any image upon the CD. No changes or edits
may be made to any CD or DVD images provided without express
written permission from Warden Photo with a letter of intent
and photographic proof of edit to Warden Photo for approval
other than normal cropping during printing.
Should you arrange for a specific
event to be photographed by hiring a photographer to cover the
even, the images arrived from the event shall be a shared copyright
with both parties having rights to reproduce and use in any
publication, web site or any other advertising or possible sales
without prior direction or arrangement. Schools and selected
Charitable Organizations will be provided with any images that
they request on CD or DVD gratis and shall have the right to
print in any publication or pamphlet that pertains to the school
or organization without charge.
Weddings
Total
charges for most wedding packages will include a basic charge
of $675.00 (Add a additional $75.00 to cover the Wedding Rehearsal
and Rehearsal Dinner the evening the night prior to the wedding)
for one photographer within a reasonable distance of Hoxie and
Jonesboro( additional mileage will be added to any distance 50
miles or greater from either of those two towns), your digitally
enhanced wedding photographs on the Internet for convenience of
viewing and/or choosing to receive 4X6 color proofs to select
your favorite prints (up to 300 proofs).
A CD ROM of all the digital photographs
taken during the Wedding and Reception will incur a additional
$200.00 with a letter of permission to have the images printed
at a location of your choice.
You will recive a 4X6 glossy or
matte finish photograph of every digitally enhanced image taken
at your wedding or special event should you request a proof where
a computer image isn't avaliable (up to 300 proofs).
Warden Photo also has Wedding Albums
for your selection when your Wedding Photographs are printed by
Professional Printers and or by Warden Photo. Please inquire to
what Wedding paper products are available for your keepsakes.
If you see a particular style of album on the net, I'm sure that
we would be able to provide the identical album upon request.
There is a $200.00
non refundable deposit required to lock in your scheduled date
requested for your event.

selected from any images that Warden Photo retains copyright on
that you wish printed professionally, please don't hesitate to
