Warden Photo

1.      Why is there two photographers listed and will I get both photographers if I arrange a photographic shoot?

A.    Most generally we may be able to provide two photographers, up on request, at weddings and other events where any mistakes or malfunctions can cause headache and heartache to both the photographer and the client. With two photographers, there are two points of view on every thing going along.

2.      If two photographers are on my event, am I paying more for having two instead of one?

A.    No, if two photographers show up at your event it simply means that both photographers had the time to accommodate your request twice as good as needed as well as providing backups for the primary photographer.

3.      Is your work guaranteed quality and satisfaction?

A.    We guarantee all our work 100% and if you don't like what you see concerning the quality and or poses, a full refund will be provided and all photographs will be destroyed and a second shoot will be provide upon request within a limited period of time.

4.      Does Warden Photo provide prints as well as images on CD ROM?

A.    Yes, Warden Photo will provide a CD ROM and a spread sheet for thumbnail photographs to choose from and for evaluation or consideration to have prints made from the CD ROM and once a list is complied and the photograph file numbers are provided a special CD ROM will be produced and sent off to be PROFESSIONALLY printed to enhance the memories.

5.      What are the going prices for professional prints of my event.

Typical 4x6 Print of a digital image In order to fit a 3x4 aspect ratio digital image into a standard 4x6 print (based on film's 2x3 aspect ratio), 11% of the digital image is cropped with most digital cameras, however this is not the case with the cameras that we use.

Your Original Image
Unlike traditional 35mm film, which captures images in a 2x3 aspect ratio, most digital cameras (except Kodak models) capture images in a 3x4 aspect ratio.)

Perfect Size - No Cropping

The dimensions (height x width) of your digital image are not always the same as the print you want to make from it. Therefore, some cropping (trimming) of your original image is often required to make it fit the paper size of a 4x6 print with most digital cameras. This is not the case with the equipment that I use.

Spread sheets (thumbnail sheet) of the entire shoot will cost $3.50 a page done on a ink jet printer on photographic paper due to the high cost of the ink and time involved. The number of spread sheets depends entirely on the number of images or photographs taken unless a limit is placed up on the spread sheet selection.

Other ink jet prints will be quoted at the time of request due to the varying number of photos and their sizes, think in the neighborhood of $5.00 a page on photo paper no matter if you have two or more on a 8.5" X 11" per sheet of photographic paper.

There could be up to a month's delay
in getting the prints soon as you
indicate which photographs or
digital images printed.
Most deliveries are made
with in two weeks

6.      What happens to the CD ROM that the photographs or digital images will be on? Will it be yours or mine to do with what I want?

A.    All digital images will be placed on a CD ROM and provided to the client for their inspection, ownership, to get prints made from the CD ROM or make as many copies of the CD ROM as the client sees fit.

All that we ask is that if you make a copy of a CD ROM that you will place the .txt file on the cd on the copy as well. The .txt file on the CD ROM is a simple written copyright stating that any photographs or digital images are the sole property of Warden Photo and may not be used for any publicity or advertisements unless other wise stated in writing.

7.     The release we signed at the beginning or end of the photo shoot, exactly what does that mean?

A.    Put simply, Warden Photo holds the copyright on every photo and must be notified for permissions or charges prior to any publication of any of the images or photographs should they be sent to a newspaper, magazine or television. More than likely all that will be required is a written statement with our approval for public use will be granted as long as a notice of who the photographer was and the company name or url, www.wardenphoto.com, is placed in the article or on the photograph it's self.

8.      Say I have Warden Photo do a job for me and I end up wanting to use the photographs or digital images in an publication, is it going to cost me extra?

A.    As long as proper credit to who took the image or photograph and there is no payment made to the who ever submits the image or photograph of the photograph or image then there will be no additional charges, however should you use a image or photograph from our service and receive compensation, we would expect a percentage of the payment along with the proper credit on what company or photographer took the image of photograph.

9.     Should something happen to the CD ROM that I received along with any prints or spread sheets be destroyed am I going to be able to get a copy of the CD ROM without a great expense.

A.     Warden Photos will provide up to one replacement CD ROMs upon request should the original CD be defective or destroyed without additional charges, however should you wish additional CD ROMs they are available at a nominal cost of $5.00 each when ordered within a 30 day period of the photo shoot and $8.00 apiece after the 30 day time after the photo shoot.  Please see the Order Page for father information on ordering images or CD's.

10.    What is the least expensive package of a wedding photo package?

A.   Total charges for most wedding packages will include a basic charge of $675.00 for one (additional photographers at additional cost depending on the number of photographers present. This will depend entirely upon all of the photographer's schedule and discretion) within a reasonable distance of Hoxie and Jonesboro( additional mileage will be added to any distance 50 miles or greater from either of those two towns), your wedding photographs on the Internet for convenience of viewing and choosing your favorite prints, one CD ROM of all the digital photographs taken during the photo shoot, plus the number of prints that you desire, the number of spread sheets that contains thumbnail photographs (eight to twelve to a page) as well as the number of CD ROMS desired.

All the images produced at your wedding or other events will naturally belong entirely to you and Warden Photo and you will receive a copy of every image taken, original and Photoshop
(TM) enhanced.

11.     Is there any additional charges I should know about?

A.   The only additional charges not listed above would include any sales tax that would be applicable to the order as well as any "Photographer Surcharge" for Sporting Event Photographs as well as Special Events as detailed on the Orders page, additional charges for distances over a 50 mile radius and any expenses associated with required lodging and board should you require a photographer that will travel. If you've any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to phone or email.

12.    If I have any other questions about your services, how can I contact a photographer to ask my questions or perhaps arrange a photo shoot?
